SWCX League Round 4 - Cornwall Showground

Round 4 of the South West Cyclocross League heads to the Cornwall Showground. Cyclocross is winter racing on a short circuit — usually somewhere between 2.5km and 3.5km — that loops over hill and dale on modified road bikes, so expect plenty of mud and a course you'll see your rider come past again and again. It's a discipline known for getting people fitter (and muddier) with an exceptional atmosphere to match, and the league itself is run by a small band of volunteers who put on rounds right across the region through the season.
